How to Setup Linksys Dual-Band WiFi Router?

Are you looking forward to knowing how to set up a Linksys dual-band Wi-Fi router? If yes, then carry out the easy steps mentioned below to set up your Linksys dual-band Wi-Fi router. 

Step 1: Initially, you need to connect your computer to your Wi-Fi router. If you use a hardwired computer to set up your Linksys router device. Connect your PC to the ethernet ports located at the back of your router device.

Step 2: Now, launch your web browser and then enter 192.168.1.1 or http://myrouter.local in the location bar of your browser and then press the Enter key. 

Step 3: Then, select the "I have read and accept the License Terms for using this software radio button. After that, select next to move ahead in the process. If you want, you can select Cancel and skip the setup wizard.

This will redirect you to the login page and there you need to enter your username and password for logging in. If you wish to use the wizard again, then you must reset your router. 

Step 4: After that, type 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi network name and password.

Step 5: Make a new router password and then select Next

Step 6: Review the settings of your router and then select Next. 

Step 7: After that, connect to your Wi-Fi name. Once a connection is established, select Next.

Step 8: Register your router by entering your email address and then selecting Next. 

Step 9: After that, select Done and then click on OK. 

Step 10: Once you are done performing all the steps mentioned above, select Done.
